I almost didn’t post this blog cause I typed it while I was watching the show and then closed it out without saving it. But luckily for me something told me to write it down on paper and type during commercial. Anywho the BET Awards was pretty much a waste of my time and I missed a lot of good stuff on TV because of it. But this is what I jotted down as I was watching the show. No pictures…you know who all these peoples are and you probably watched the show.   Usher bores me and I wish he would just go away. I was waiting on B and Lil Wayne to come out there and do the remix but I guess not. Is it just me or has Tameka made him seem like he an old man.   DL Hughley makes my ass hurt, he’s soo not funny. I would do a better job of hosting then he did.   Diddy can get it…I know that’s random but they should him and I felt the need to say that.    I’m mad that nobody got crunk to Young Jezzy I Put On For My City…they just sat there. Man that song come on in the club and we act a straight fool. Kanye didn’t even do his part right.    HA! They knew damn well that Kobe wasn’t gon be there after Shaq asked him how his ass tasted…lol.   Why the hell they had Key Key ghetto ass family on there. Frankie kills me…MAN DOWN!!! Speaking of Key Key she had too much blue ish on her eyes and she pretty much made a fool of herself. She is not a very good live performer. She tried her bestest but it was just a hot mess. Lil Kim kinda sorta saved her but it was still too late. Soon as I find that performance on Youtube I will be posting it so we can get us some good laughs.   LOVED NE-YO!!! I love that song…everything about his performance was on point. He didn’t over do it and I love that lil dance that he does to the song. And top it off he had the Jabbawockeez on there with him. One of my favorite moments of the night.   Why wasn’t anybody there…just like black folks to win something and then not show up.   Alicia hair looked a hot mess and imma need her to stop tanning cause she look straight orange. Loved the throw back with SWV, TLC and EnVouge.    T-Pain scares me and that’s all I got to say about that.   So I’m watching Chris Brown and I was just waiting on Rih Rih to come out there but something even better happen him and Ciara took it down!!! That ish was hot…that’s how you do it Usher!!! Also one of my favorite moment of the night.    Al Green set the show on fire and had me and my best friend singing our asses off. You can’t tell me that your soul don’t catch a fire when you hear that first beat of Love and Happiness or Still In Love. Hands down favorite moment of the night.   Coulda done without Rih Rih…she was pretty pointless.   Who the hell told Ashanti to come out there and talk about her good good…we did NOT want to know that. And hefa we all know you’re doing Nelly no need to brag…take a tip from Beyonce please. Speaking on Nelly he is soooo 2000ish and will never make a come back. And just how many songs does he need to make about damn shoes. Black folks always trying to get something for free.   Last but not least the moment everybody had been waiting on…Lil Wayne who of course ended the show like no other could. Love every minute of it and woulda enjoyed it a lil more if my friend Ros would stop saying that’s Lil Wayne every five minutes.   Oh and T-Pain still scares me!! Kaniceeღ
